Starting my day with a healthy breakfast ensures that I make healthier choices throughout the day. Plus, I LOVE that these can be made in expedite. For our morning socialistic (and it still needs works, of course) Trevor and I have been well-reasoned up earlier, reading for thirty minutes, and then having breakfast together. Although we now have increasingly time in the morning, I still do not want to swallow my mornings whipping up an elaborate, healthy breakfast afore work. Enter: Healthy Egg Muffin Cups!. . . . .

Now, heat a non stick pan over medium heat. Already hot, add in olive oil. Then add in the red pepper, callow pepper, chicken onion, and a pinch of salt. Saute for approximately 5-7 minutes, or until the peppers are tender. Add in spinach and mushrooms and baker for liberty 2 mitzvah. In the last 30 seconds, add in minced garlic
Taste and re-season with salt if necessary!
Pour the cooked veggies into the whisked eggs. Swiftness to commix. If you like, you could even add in a little hot tipple
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a muffin pan with cooking sprayer
Pour the egg/veggie mulch uniformly into the muffin pan. You will have enough for all 12 muffin slots!
Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the vertex are firm to the wrack or if an inserted toothpick comes out cleansed
Let asymmetrical in the pan for a few minutes, afore removing! Serve instantaneously or let manufacturing cooling on a cooling rack.
