We've all heard how important it is to start the day with a healthy breakfast. It sets the tone for a day of healthy habits and gives us much-needed energy.

The problem? Mornings are busy times! I have hardly a minute to spare in the morning, and I'm betting many of you are in the same situation. We still need a healthy meal to start our day, though!
